Description
Chitwan Jungle Safari tour can be considered as wild life heritage tour. UNESCO has already listed Chitwan National Park as World Heritage Site. Chitwan National Park houses different types of jeopardized creatures, for example, one horn Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger and so on and different types of fowls, for example, Woodpeckers, Hornbill, Peacock, Peahens, Floricans and different winged animals. The astounding element of Chitwan is Elephant ride that drives you to Jungle safari that fulfills your eyes with different flying creature species, for example, Water Fowl, Brahminy Ducks, Pintails, Bar-headed Geese, Cormorants, Woodpeckers, Hornbills, and so on and some more
This tour is suitable for those with time restrictions but still want to enjoy the majestic National park and wildlife in a full- fledged way. Sauraha is small Tharu Village traditionally and now set up as tourist center and gateway to National park.
Itinerary
You will be transferred to hotel by our tour representatives. If you arrive earlier in the morning, you have an opportunity to travel Sauraha which takes 4 and half hours by private vehicle. You will have lunch either in the highway or in resort depends on our timing. In the day time, we visit Tharu museum, Elephant breeding Center and in the evening stroll around Rapti Bank where Rhinos are possible to see. After Dinner enjoy Tharu Culture show in the resort or you can go to the Tharu center to enjoy in the group.
After early morning breakfast, you will go on a canoeing outing down the river followed by a jungle walk to resort or even you can think of jeep safari if you do not like to walk. If we go for jeep safari lunch will be packed one, the chances of seeing wild animals are higher when we go in vehicle. Jungle safari is full of adventure and highly sensitive one so all of us must follow jungle tour guide while we are in jungle
Early morning wake up and go for a short touring again in the jungle before leaving. Then you will be taken to a drive back to Kathmandu for departure before the scheduled flight. If arrived too early then you can also spend time shopping.
