Nepal

Nepal is a country of amazing extremes, from the Terai lowland barely 60m above the sea level to the highest point of the earth – Mt.Everest at 8848m. Nepal is one of the leading trekking destinations in the world. From south to North, there is subtropical jungle through the terraced hillsides of the Himalayan foothills up through pine and rhododendron forests and to the peaks and glaciers of the great Himalayan Range which forms the northern border with Tibet.
