Seti River originated from the Annapurna Himalayan range and flows via Pokhara Valley. The River is mysterious and has several interesting stories as it has been flowing in deep gorges around Pokhara city. The lime mixed with white water seems like silver as its rapids strike boulders in the river. Normally, Upper Seti Rafting is available from Hemja Bridge to the Dam site, which is the shortest distance, and the rapids are also mild and suitable for beginners and families. The lower section of Seti River Rafting starts from Damauli and ends at Gaighat. The distance we cover by rafting is around 35km from Damauli to Gaighat. The rapids of the Seti River are moderate as they comprise class II and class III rapids, which are suitable for novice rafters and families, too. The photography session can be possible during rafting so that the awesome scenic beauty of the Annapurna Himalayan range and surrounding villages can be captured through our lens. The best time to do a rafting adventure is in Spring and Autumn. Comparatively, the River is less crowded, which provides a serene and wonderful experience.
