Valmiki Ashram Nepal Pilgrimage Tour 11 Nights 12 Days

Upon your arrival at the premises of TIA, Kathmandu, we will meet and greet you and assist you in transferring to the designated hotel.  Based on your arrival, we will schedule a Kathmandu Sightseeing plan for the first day. We visit the Pashupatinath temple in the evening to observe Arati on the bank of the Bagmati River. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, we drive to Namobuddha, east south from Kathmandu. Namobuddha is a sacred pilgrimage site for Buddhists throughout the world. The place has higher spiritual significance. After the spiritual visit, we drive back to the Dhulikhel town and observe the historical monuments and the small town. After viewing the range of GauriShankar Himalayan range, we will have lunch in the local authentic restaurant.  The next station is Pauniti, a historic and cultural town with several temples and monuments. Panauti is famous for its agricultural land. We drive to Bhaktapur to visit Doleshwor Mahadev and understand its significance and legend. The night halt will be near Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

Morning visit to the oldest temple of Nepal, Changunarayan temple dedicated to lord Vishnu. The architectural marvel of this temple belongs to the Lichchavi era. The ancient city and its wonderful living style make Bhaktapur city unique to the visitors than other cities of Nepal. Bhaktapur has succeeded in preserving the traditional art and culture even though modernity knocks at its doorstep. The amazing architectural monuments around the premises of Durbar Square attract thousands of visitors every year. The pottery square, Nyatapole premises, 55-window Durbar, and Dattatrey squares are the major attractions of this place. After lunch, we drive to the south of Kathmandu to reach Pharping. A sacred place where Guru Rimpoche Padmasambhava attained enlightenment at the Asuro cave. The area is known for its spiritual vibes. After Pharping, we drive to Kathmandu for a night halt.

After breakfast in Kathmandu, we will fly to the historic city of Janakpur, which will take almost 30 minutes by flight.
Upon arrival in Janakpur, you will visit the Janaki Temple, also known as Janakpur Dham. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Sita and is considered one of the most sacred sites in Nepal. You can explore the temple complex, admire its beautiful architecture, and witness the devotees offering prayers and performing rituals.
Next, you will visit the Vibah Mandap, a magnificent structure located near the Janaki Temple. This is the place where the wedding ceremony of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, according to Hindu mythology, took place. You can learn about the significance of this site and marvel at its grandeur.
Finally, you will visit the Ram Mandir, a temple dedicated to Lord Ram, situated in the vicinity of Janaki Temple. This temple holds religious significance for devotees of Lord Ram, and you can pay your respects and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.
After the temple visits, we will drive to the airport to fly to Kathmandu.

We fly to Lumbini in the morning and check into the hotel at Bhairahawa. And then we drive to Tribeni Bazaar via Gaurigunj. Tribeni Dham is a holy place and is popular in Nepal and in India. Boating in the Narayani River to reach Valmiki Ashram for 30 minutes. Valmiki Ashram is in Chitwan National Park. Observe the historical evidence of the Sage Valmiki around the Ashram. Back to Bhairahawa in the late afternoon.

We will visit the Sacred Mayadevi temple and Garden, listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. You will visit the Ashoka Pillar, which marks the birth of Gautam Buddha in Nepal. Return to the hotel, take breakfast, and fly to Pokhara from Siddhartha Gautam International Airport, Lumbini. Transfer to the hotel from Pokhara airport and explore around the lakesides in the evening. An overnight stay in the hotel.

After breakfast in Pokhara, we will begin our journey to Muktinath by Jeep. The drive will take us through scenic landscapes as we make our way towards the sacred pilgrimage site.
Upon arrival in Jomsom, we will embark on a drive to Muktinath Temple, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in Nepal. Muktinath is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists, and it is believed that visiting this temple grants liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
We will have the opportunity to explore the temple complex, offer prayers, and witness the religious rituals performed by devotees. The temple houses a sacred natural spring and 108 water spouts, which are believed to represent the holy waters.
After the darshan (religious rituals) at Muktinath Temple, we will return to Jomsom, a charming town situated in the Kali Gandaki River valley. Jomsom is known for its unique landscape and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

After breakfast in Jomsom, we will embark on a scenic drive from Jomsom to Pokhara. The drive will take you through beautiful landscapes, as you make your way back to the lakeside city of Pokhara. Before that, we will observe the sacred Galeshwor Mahadev temple and Kali temple in Baglung Bazar.
Pokhara is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and serene lakes. Upon reaching Pokhara, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day free to relax and explore the city at your leisure.

Early in the morning, drive to Sarangkot for a sunrise view from the Annapurna Himalayan range. The mesmerizing moment will be a lifetime memory that we will capture via a camera lens.  Return to the hotel, have breakfast, and prepare for a day tour of Pokhara City. You will visit Davis Falls, Gupteswor Cave, Phewa Lake, World Peace Pagoda, and the International Mountaineering Museum for the excursion. An overnight stay at the Pokhara hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Gorkha, a historical and significant place in western Nepal. Touring the Gorkha district is an opportunity to understand the history, culture, and contribution of King Prithvi Narayan Shah. After visiting Gorkha Durbar, we drive to Kurintar for the Manakamana temple via cable car. Overnight stay at Kurintar.

After breakfast, we drive to Kathmandu and visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites Swoyambhunath and Patan Durbar Square. Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Patan Durbar Square is rich in ancient arts and architecture. Observe the entire Valley from the hill of Swoyambhunath. In the evening, join a farewell dinner in an authentic Nepali restaurant. Overnight in Kathmandu.
