Day 01One-Day EBC Helicopter Tour
One-Day EBC Helicopter Tour
6:00 am — Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla via Nagarkot, Jiri, and so on.
Around 45 minutes, we reach Lukla and do a short land for refueling (15 minutes approx.) Some of the mountains that you get to observe include Langtang Lirung (7,234m), Ganesh (7,429m), Gauri Shankar (7,134m), Ganesh (7,429m), Shishapangma (8,013m), Gyachung Kang (7,952m), Pumori (7,161m), Nuptse (7,855m), Lhotse (8,516m), and Ama Dablam (6,812m) during our flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
7:00 am — 15 minutes fly from Lukla to Kala Patthar via Everest Base camp.
We land at Kala Patthar for 10 minutes to view the mighty Everest and other peaks. We will take pictures for memory but the helicopter engine will be on during that time due to the windy environment and high altitude.
7:30 am — we will land a helicopter at Everest View Hotel for breakfast.
We will have breakfast viewing Everest and other peaks.
8:45 am — fly to Lukla and refuel (approx. 20 minutes)
9:15 am — Finally we will fly for Kathmandu leaving Lukla
10:00 am — Transfer to hotel and have lunch and relax
