- 07:30 AM: Drive to Bhaktapur from Kathmandu (40 minutes)
- 08:30 AM: Arrive at Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Spend time exploring the ancient palace, temples, and courtyards, immersing yourself in the rich history and culture.
- 10:00 AM: Walk to Pottery Square. Spend ample time observing and participating in pottery-making activities. Capture the vibrant energy of the square, where artisans work amidst sunlit rows of drying pottery.
- 11:30 AM: Visit a local pottery workshop or kiln to learn more about the firing process and the challenges of preserving this traditional craft in the modern world.
- 12:30 PM: Enjoy a traditional Newari lunch at a local eatery, sampling dishes such as samay baji, bara, and juju dhau (Bhaktapur’s famous yogurt).
- 02:00 PM: Explore nearby attractions, such as the Peacock Window, Taumadhi Square, or the Siddha Pokhari pond.
- 04:00 PM: Return to Pottery Square for a final look at the artisans’ work and purchase souvenirs.
- 05:00 PM: Drive back to Kathmandu, arriving by early evening.
