Nepal has several options for tours in the Pokhara Valley. Kathmandu Valley is renowned for historical monuments and cultural heritage tours, whereas Pokhara is known for its natural beauty. Besides the Pokhara Valley, one can go for a short hiking adventure in the lap of Annapurna Himal. During the hike to these villages, one can visit several unique and charming Gurung settlements that offer spectacular views of Mount Annapurna and Mount Machhapuchhre. We drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara or a 25-minute flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara International Airport. We drive to Dhampus Phedi for an hour and then hike for two hours to explore Dhampus village. After exploring Dhampus village, we continued our journey to Thulo Kharka village, which is popular as the Australian camp. Australian camp is a popular viewpoint to view the splendid Annapurna Himalayan range, including Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, and many more.
On the second day of the tour, explore Pokhara City, experiencing serene Phewa Lake boating, Peace World Stupa, and Gupteswor Cave. You can walk around the Lakesides in the evening and enjoy authentic Nepali food and music. For adventure seekers, adventure sports such as paragliding, Zipline, and Bunjee Jump are available in the Pokhara. Fly to Kathmandu in the late afternoon, transfer to the hotel, and enjoy the strolling around Thamel.
