Gorkha is a historical and significant place in western Nepal. Touring the Gorkha district is an opportunity to understand the history, culture, and contribution of King Prithvi Narayan Shah. At present, oranges from the Gorkha district are popular, and if time permits, garden visits are also interesting and knowledgeable to students. After visiting Gorkha Durbar, we drive to Pokhara Lakesides. Overnight stay at the hotel. The next day, we explore Pokhara city starting boating to Fewa Lake and then we cross Fewa Lake for a short hike to World Peace Stupa. In the afternoon, students will visit the International Mountaineering Museum. In the evening, a short interaction session will follow experience sharing.
We drive to Bandipur for a short visit to traditional Newari town. We will have lunch over there and will drive to Kathmandu.
