2 Nights Kathmandu, 1 Night Dhulikhel Tour

Upon your arrival at TIA, Kathmandu, we will welcome you and assist you in transferring to the hotel. Depending on your arrival, we schedule the activity on the first day of your arrival. If your flight lands in the morning, we will schedule the Swoyambhunath Stupa tour and the National Museum of Chhauni. In the evening, stroll around Thamel and enjoy authentic Nepali cuisine for your dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Panauti following the Arniko highway to Banepa, and the drive is fifteen minutes towards the southeast from Banepa to reach the historic and religious town of Panauti. The marvellous architecture of the Indreshwor Mahadev temple and the surrounding premises describe the significance of this place. The several festivals of Panauti are famous and unique throughout the Valley. Panauti is 32km southeast of the capital city, located at the confluence of the Roshi and Punyamati rivers. There are several myths and legends about the oldest town of Nepal, which was established thousands of years ago. After the interesting visit to Panauti, we continue our hike towards a beautiful village called Balthali. We will have lunch at the Balthali village resort. The mesmerizing views of the Himalayan range of holy Himal Gauri Shankar, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal, and many other small snow-capped peaks can be observed during lunch. After Lunch, we hike for 45 minutes to reach Namobuddha, a sacred place of Buddhism, where we sit for a few minutes for calmness and meditation. The legends of Namobuddha will be explained by the guide. Then we drive to Dhulikhel for 15 minutes and check into the hotel, and relax. In the evening, stroll around Dhulikhel Bazar observing temples and the traditional marketplace. Overnight at the hotel.

From the window of our room, we can view the mesmerizing view of sunrise over the Mountain. After breakfast, drive to the ancient city of Kathmandu valley- Bhaktapur City. A guided tour to the Durbar Square of Bhaktapur City. The 55-window Durbar, Nyatapole, pottery Square, the courtyard of Durbar Square, and several other temples reflect the finest craftsmanship of the Newari people of Kathmandu Valley. The preservation of temples and several other monuments is remarkable, and the premises of Bhaktapur Durbar Square are spellbinding. We will have lunch in a local Newari restaurant to taste Newari food. After lunch, we drive to the Bouddhanath Stupa in Kathmandu and the Pashupatinath temple in the late afternoon. Join a farewell dinner in the evening around Thamel. Overnight at the hotel.
